Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have assessed that our interest in operating and improving the business does not override your rights. You may object at any time — see Section 8.
If you register for a webinar or purchase from us, we will send you related training content and promotional emails about our products.
You may unsubscribe at any time by:
Requests are actioned within five business days. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional emails relating to a purchase you have made, such as access details or receipts.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it with the following categories of processor, under contract and only as necessary:
| Category | Purpose |
|---|---|

We may also disclose data where required by law, to enforce our Terms, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Our operations and several of our service providers are located outside the United Kingdom and European Economic Area, including in the Republic of Seychelles, the United States and the European Union. Some of these countries have not been the subject of a UK or EU adequacy decision.
Where we transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA, we put appropriate safeguards in place — ordinarily the International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any additional measures required following a transfer risk assessment.
You may request a copy of the safeguards applying to a specific transfer by writing to privacy@aiprofitclub.com.

To exercise any right, email privacy@aiprofitclub.com. We respond within one month and will not charge a fee for a reasonable request. We may ask you to verify your identity.
UK residents may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. EU residents may complain to their national data protection authority.
We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you by automated means, and we do not carry out profiling of that kind.
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls, encryption in transit and restricting access to those who need it. No internet transmission is entirely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This policy covers data we collect about you. It does not cover any application you build using our training. If you create software that collects personal data from your own users, you are the data controller for that data and are independently responsible for your own privacy policy and compliance obligations. We have no involvement in, visibility of, or responsibility for it.
Our Site links to third-party websites, including tools we recommend. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies independently.
